Try the MakeShift Martini, custom-built with gin or vodka and house-made aromatics. Opt for a Negroni variation, infused with unexpected flavours like coconut or blackcurrant. Or explore our MakeShift Old Fashioned, crafted with cherry, cocoa, or coffee bitters. For something refreshing, the Paloma and Collins twists bring bold, vibrant flavours that never disappoint.

Great drinks deserve great food. The Big Schnitz—a crispy chicken schnitzel with pickles, lemon caper butter, and chive mayo on potato brioche—has already become a crowd favourite.
